It's important to get pre-approved. It makes the process simpler and gives the buyer the ability to move more quickly when they are ready to pull the trigger. I'm here to help with this process.

EXPLAIN MARKET CONDITIONS
We'll need to chat about current market conditions. Buyers can easily become disheartened if they realize too late that they have the wrong information about the market. Establishing expectations early is important.
